樂在英文學習中 – 唱歌學英文 – On the Floor

On the Floor 是Jennifer Lopez（珍妮佛洛佩兹）2011年出的動感舞曲。最近因疫情的關係，新北市立運動中心都關閉了，只好自己在家找曲目熱舞一番，以維持一定的運動量，於是就發現了這歌，雖然年代有點久遠了，不過歌好聽，可朗朗上口，有助學英文比較重要！

這歌有不少可學的地方喔，這裡主要針對口語縮寫和詞彙兩部分做如下整理，大家學起來以後聽歌或看電影會容易的多。學校學的英文太正式了，以致雖然我們學了多年的英文，卻不太懂一些日常生活用語。翻譯是我自己翻的，先不要看網路上的歌詞翻譯，自己動手翻再比對，這樣學習效果才會好！

口語縮寫

get 'em up的完整表達是get them up，講快點就變只剩em的音了。

gotta是got to, have to的口語表達，意思是得、必須。

gon' 就是gonna，正式的用法是going to。

ain't就是am not, is not, ain’t got是doesn’t have, ain’t been和ain’t done都是haven’t。　

詞彙整理

go hard的意思是to put all your effort into something，即全力以赴　

animal野獸、畜牲，可指人

break a sweat汗流浹背

pick up使恢復精神、振作

run shit是be in charge, take control的意思，即指揮、統管、掌控

dance away 連續不停地跳舞、在跳舞中度過光陰

live your life 好好生活、過自己的生活
