Learned from the youtube short film about poaching eggs released by Jamie Oliver, a British celebrity chef(名廚), I tried to make the dried noodles with tripe pieces(牛肚,內臓), bok choy (青江菜), and a poached egg (水煮蛋)as the following pictures you may see.
The poached egg wasn’t quite successful in terms of shape although I did review the film and try hard to follow what the chef did. The inertia (慣性)of the water didn’t wrap the egg white (蛋白)around the yolk(蛋黃), making the egg shape like a circle or ball, ha ha…
Well, but it doesn’t matter. After all, practice makes perfect(熟能生巧). And the lesson here to learn is you need to keep practicing after learning something new, either a language or recipe.
