樂在英文學習中 – 唱歌學英文 – Memories

今要唱歌學英文的歌曲是Memories，這是美國加州魔力紅（Maroon 5）樂團所演唱的歌曲，去年是他們第4度來台開演唱會，這首歌據知是他們為了紀念因心臟病突逝的經紀人老友，雖說這歌是為表達悼念，但曲風輕快，易朗朗上口，所以用來學英文是個不錯的選擇，相信聽久唱熟後，你可不加思索的說些英文喔！

這首歌倒是沒有什麼單字，就樂團名Maroon 5的maroon，指孤立無援（或闖蕩）的人、粟色（褐紫紅色）；5則是樂團的成員有5個。另一個字是ember，指餘火、餘燼、餘煤、餘炭，要小心把這字與另一字amber琥珀、黃褐色搞混了。

這歌我翻好後有查了網路翻譯，第一句歌詞中的the ones that we got，不少譯成「我們曾有的一切」這個意思。雖然歌詞第一句話就出現代名詞the ones容易令人搞不清楚所指為何，但其實從後面歌詞的意思是可以知道是在指曾經相識的人，這邊特別提出來是要提醒大家代名詞的重要性，因它會影響你對句意的理解。

最後，這首歌出現了gon' 跟ya兩個口語表逹，這在先前的兩首歌Señorita跟On The Floor就出現過了，還記得是什麼字的縮寫嗎？
